I cannot recommend Professor Lobo enough from the initial meeting to ongoing support it is first class. Simple explanations that I understand and extremely thorough testing after years of lots of unexplained symptoms he was finally able to give me a diagnosis…thank you for all you’ve done and still do for me.

I have, today, had my final consultation with Dr. Segal, after meeting him initially nearly eight months ago. During that time, in which I have had a pacemaker implantation, an ablation and a left atrial appendage occlusion, the care and treatment I have received from him has been outstanding. The news he gave me today that I no longer am classified as having heart failure is testament to his immense skill. Following my first consultation I wrote that I had every confidence that I was in safe and extremely capable hands. That has proved to be the case in every respect. At the outset, he explained my condition and the possible route forward in great detail. At every stage this attention to detail, making sure I fully understood what was to be done, how and why was repeated. Dr Segal's bedside manner is superb; he is relaxed, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have enjoyed every meeting I have had with him. In conclusion, my sincere thanks to Dr Segal for the care I have experienced and for the success of the treatment he has prescribed and administered. Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending him as a highly skilled, knowledgeable, caring and considerate physician.

Perfect meeting

Dr Kanaganayagam is a very professional doctor whose gentle and calm manner puts you immediately at ease. He genuinely listens, without rushing you, and when the results are known, explains these comprehensively for the layman. Everything runs well from start to finish - including his Admin team - from his Private PA Kiran to the lovely nurse Toby at the HCA clinic. I had read good reviews of Dr Kanaganayagam before booking a consultation and was certainly not disappointed

Dr Clapp made me feel at ease, his sense of humour helped me relax and his explanation of my procedure was perfect.

Dr Shankar was incredible. From the initial call to consultation he was extremely caring, excellent with parents and our little one. Thank you for a good experience, for something that could’ve been very stressful.
