Great hospital, took really good care of me and the team were so friendly

Everything was wonderful.

Requested through Vitality App. Someone left a voicemail for me and asked me to return their call however their phone system is impenetrable and I was unable to contact them by any means. No one followed up with me. Not able therefore to be seen.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the overall cleanliness of the hospital was great. I waited 25 mins for my appointment which wasn't ideal.

The whole experience was brilliant , start to finish

Mount Stuart Hospital for my appointment went well, the surgeon was very helpful explaining his thoughts. I await a scan next Tuesday

All the staff were so welcoming and the care they took looking after me was incredible, all the nurses, surgeons, porters; great food as well
