An overal good experience. Receptionists friendly & Helpful. Radiology team very poloite, helpful & courteous and allowed dignity.

Overall my experience was good. Parked easily. Friendly faces when I walked in, reception was clean and tidy. I did have to wait for my appointment, the doctor I saw was lovely explained everything really well and clearly. He didn’t rush me.

Overall very good. The only small negative is the difficulty getting through on the phone to book the appointment.

Only downside is their telephone booking system which now seems to take you through to a central call centre. Spent far too long hanging on - perhaps the managers should try phoning in to make a booking!

All staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The hospital was clean, tidy and organised. I found it a happy place.

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception desk who assisted where required with clarification of form filling.

Lack of parking facilities was my first impression but once through the door, the service was very good. I had a 20 minute delay to my Consultation however did not mind that, as I took this to mean that service users were receiving thorough consultations. My consultation was thorough & I left feeling confident that I was on a journey of pain resolution.
