About ObGyn Matters
ObGyn Matters London is an Obstetric and Gynaecology clinic at the world-renowned Portland Hospital in Central London. It has a team of six highly-experienced consultants in obstetrics and gynaecology. The clinic offers confidential, personal and individualised care at the highest level.
We have a full range of obstetric care available, ranging from supported low risk antenatal care and birth options, through to high risk fetal-medicine cases, with a variety of antenatal care packages available that are individually tailored and bespoke.
The team at ObGyn Matters London also offers a full range of both surgical and non-surgical gynaecological treatments for women with conditions such as, fibroids, endometriosis and bladder/urinary problems. They also offer specialist treatment for women going through the menopause.
The clinic was founded by Dr Christian Barnick and Dr Alison Wright. Together, these two senior specialist consultants have over 30 years of experience working at top London teaching hospitals.

It took awhile to get an initial appointment wih Dr Wright (a good sign !) Dr Wright was a pleasure to deal with discussed and understood my issues and concerns and we made a plan together. I had a small procedure at the hospital which was handled quickly and professionally.

I have recently had surgery under Mr. Barnick's care. I have been bowled over at the level of care and empathy applied. The whole process was seamless, Mr Barnick is very friendly and helps to explain things very clearly too. Couldn't recommend him more

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr Barnick and his PA Zoe. They've been absolute angels throughout my entire pregnancy. Since appointment number one until C section, I felt completely safe in Mr Barnick's hands. He constantly reassured me, explained things in a clear and effective way and made me feel supported from an emotional point of view, too. Zoe is the most caring doctor's PA I have ever interacted with - responsive, kind and always able to say the right thing at the right time. Exceptional for real.
