I was inpatient at NL Priory between 6th Jan and 3rd Feb. The nursing team and HCAs were excellent, always willing to help and friendly. The therapy was excellent, with the program tailored to my own needs based on my history and trauma. I have been in another Priory and the therapy at NL was in a different class. The boundries and rules in place were needed and helped my transition to going home. The food was excellent with lots of choice and good quality. The housekeeping could be improved, with beds only being changed one a fortnight and the room not cleaned well.

Very experienced and caring therapy and ward staff. Catering staff were also very accommodating.

Michelle os the best addiction therapist I've ever came across, she's firm but caring and has made a massive positive impact on my recovery. She gets us so quickly and accurately. I have no words to describe what an excellent professional she is. I'd be grateful of you could pass on this feedback to her

My experience was totally positive. I was at a very low point in my alcohol addiction and the team at The Priory Hospital North London were completely supportive and professional. I continue my recovery journey using the tools and advice I gained from my time there.

Excellent clinical provision on the ATP. While administration and systems could use some improvement, this didn’t detract from the overall benefit.

Attending the Priory Hospital was a positive experience at a time of crisis in my life. I was an inpatient for 5 weeks under the General Programme and was given expert care from a fantastic psychiatric team. The end-to-end experience of first approaching the Priory asking for help, to being provided expert care throughout my stay, meant that I could recover and get the appropriate treatment I needed during those weeks. Everyone at the Priory including the ward and staff were so friendly and supportive, which meant I could not only improve with medical care, but could get the care and attention I needed at all times. I was paired with a skilful and empathetic therapist who was my dedicated support, and had a brilliant psychiatrist Dr Watts provide an assessment and ongoing care….highly recommend.

I did DBT outpatient therapy with Ben and Alex, and they are hands down the best psychologists I have ever met - they have really extensive knowledge of DBT and teach the skills in a clear, understandable way. I always felt listened to and heard, and the sessions soon came to feel like a really safe place, where I could share my questions and problems with ease. The group was well structured, full of insights that I would struggle t find without the therapy, and I accredit a good chunk of my recovery journey to the skills that Alex and Ben taught me.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I know that Ben and Alex will be thrilled to hear that the course was so helpful to you. We would like to wish you the very best of luck with your recovery journey going forwards and thank you for taking the time to post such a lovely review.
