Skype Therapies was founded by Suheyla Hussein, an experienced counselling psychologist and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, and John Berman, a website designer working in IT infrastructure. Suheyla has previously worked in the NHS but now focuses on the private sector and the care delivered through the company.
