Excellent. Friendly staff and certainly good experience

I was told before my procedure that if I needed any painkillers after my operation to mention it to them down in the recovery room. I did but I never got any until I mentioned it again when I got back to my room and I was made to feel a burden for asking. I was left in the dark after my procedure and had to ask for someone to tell me what I had actually had done. The nurse read my notes to me but wasn’t actually sure herself by some of the notes and actually had to google one of the terms. I did see the consultant when I first woke up but I was still half asleep and had no recollection of what was said. By the time I had come around from the GA the consultant had gone home hence why the nurse had to read the notes left from the consultant. I did have a telephone appointment a couple of weeks later to explain what had happened.
