Mostly it has been a very good experience. My only negative point is the standard of the paperwork. I received letters which had obviously not been checked to see if the information there in was correct or appropriate before posting. The standard text is not suitable for the circumstances of all patients. For example letters stating that information would follow when I had already received said information. Letters of two sheets which if the unnecessary repeated headings had been deleted could have used just one sheet of paper. Such things matter. Spire will be partly judged by quality and accuracy of the information sent out. I was not favourably impressed.

Spire staff are always courteous and professional. I’ve had several stays at different Spire hospitals over the last 20 years and the quality of care has been unbeatable.
