The clinic provides on-site diagnostic imaging, including the latest technology in MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. Additionally, the team of UK-accredited clinicians provides comfortable private waiting and changing facilities.
Inpatient services are also available for clinical surgical and medical procedures, including cancer surgery, cardiology, interventional radiology, and urgent orthopaedic cases. Ophthalmology, including cataract surgery, is also provided in an outpatient setting.
The Suite is a stand-alone 11-bed ward, complete with en-suite bathrooms, Wi-Fi, digital TV, and telephone, ensuring the utmost comfort for all patients. The facility is staffed by a dedicated private-only medical and support team.
To ensure outstanding patient comfort, there is a high nurse-to-patient ratio and 24-hour dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) cover. They are proud to offer the highest standard of care and willingly accommodate any specific needs their patients may have during their stay. Excellent food is also prepared on-site by our chef, with various options available to suit your dietary requirements.

Clean modern facility. Staff little or no experience, which had me concerned. While having the procedure the surgeon was asking staff for certain things which they appeared to be unsure of. The surgeon asked for glue which they appeared not to have. I think next time I have to self fund a procedure I will consider looking elsewhere.

The outpatient nurses are absolutely amazing. I had to see them to following a mole removal as the wound was bleeding a lot. They booked me in at short notice, checked and cleaned the wound and replaced the dressing. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the whole experience was amazing.

As much as I believe in the NHS, I felt forced into having to see a Gp privately. The experience at The Candover clinic was excellent with maybe a five minute wait after my appointment time.

Second visit for CT scan. Subcontracting space in NHS hospital gives a very poor experience for a private patient. No one to greet me (like previous visit), someone only came out at 530pm (15 mins after my appointment was scheduled for), then I wait for an elderly lady to go in ahead of me (who seemed non urgent NHS), then an emergency comes in on a trolley. I finally get it around 555pm. Experience in the room having CT scan was fine but rest of experience was frankly awful. I understand emergencies can happen and should get priority, but complete lack of communication and sense I was not remotely a priority or on the map was extremely poor. I may as well go NHS to feel like this
