The Centre for Genetic & Reproductive Health, also called CRGH, is a world-class IVF clinic. Founded by Paul Serhal in 1990, this clinic is home to leading IVF success rates, and is widely known as one of the best fertility clinics in London. In fact, their live birth rate for IVF/ICSI is the highest per embryo than any other London IVF clinic. They also enjoy an unusually high number of live births from frozen eggs, in part thanks to their enormous donor egg bank, one of the UK's biggest. There's no delay for eggs, either, so you won't have to put your name on a waiting list. The CRGH pioneered Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis treatment in Britain, achieving the first baby born without the BRCA1 cancer gene in the UK and the first in Europe born using the Karyo-mapping technique. They even have a Millennium Products Award for Ovarian Reserve Testing. The fertility clinic team is made up of respected leaders in the assisted reproduction field, and this is also a centre for subspecialty training in reproductive medicine by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists. CRGH has been a great option for us, with easy access from Buckinghamshire. Appointments have largely run to time, with minimal waiting, and have been easy to schedule. The patient portal has been useful for quick questions and checks, as well as appointment and medication reminders.

Having been at other clinics in the past, I can hands down say that my experience at CRGH was exceptional! They were responsive at all times, the portal is an absolute god send! I never had to sit and wait for appointments. Everything was super efficient and for me that was exactly what I needed

At other IVF clinics, appointments would take hours but at CRGH everything is organised to ensure that the visits take as little time as possible. For example, if bloods are needed, they are done during the appointment with no waiting to see a phlebotomist afterwards. I have been a patient here twice, and it’s extremely rare that I’ve not been seen on time and been out the door quickly.

It was easy to arrange appointments, and to seek advice from our consultant and the nursing team. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. IVF is inherently a difficult and uncertain process but the way this clinic is run so well makes the whole thing less stressful.
