Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I think he is a great doctor. He understood me and has been very patient with me. He helped me see there is a light at the end of the tunnel and gave me the tools to overcome my problems. For that I am truly grateful

Jeremy is an excellent therapist, emotional guide and mentor. I was having to deal with a well-established addiction that had reached a point of crisis, and he was brilliant at being both supportive and practical in the steps I needed to take to move beyond the situation I had found myself in. He's kind, non-judgemental, but also extremely experienced in many aspects of therapy and skilled at knowing which tools are best deployed to meet particular needs at particular times. Highly recommended!

Exceptional experience with the treatment. Sessions are well lead and efficient and rendered results quickly. I had been reluctant to have talking therapy before as I find the emotional meandering tedious and pointless. But this was exceptionally efficient and intelligently zones in on issues and resolving them. Highly recommend.

One session with Jeremy is worth a year of work with other professionals. I made more progress with him in a few sessions than all the previous years working with other therapist combined. He not only knows what he is doing but he does in a gentle and caring way. He helped me overcome one of the biggest issues and struggles I had in my life. I have never met anyone like him. I’m so grateful I had the chance to work with him and get to know him. I highly recommend him. He is one of a kind, a wonderful human being as well.

Jeremy was a massive help to me from start to finish. He really got to learn my personality and the ways my brain worked. He was able to use this very effectively and efficiently, where every session was worthwhile and beneficial. i had confidence going into sessions and felt that part of a burden was lifted after every session. He provided me with great support materials so that i could learn more about myself and in turn i could really get involved with the sessions and feel meaningful driven progress being achieved. I could not have asked for better.

It was a rough year for me that is why I decided to seek some help. Dr Jeremy was able to point out the things that are making me unhappy and depressed and he suggested ways on how to address/approach them without getting preachy; he even suggested books to read that may be helpful to my case. My depression is still there and I still feel lost and unhappy sometimes but the difference now is that I can now manage it and even talk myself out of it, thanks to the techniques instilled to me by Dr Jeremy.

I felt an instant connection and the ability of open up to him without feeling judged or belittlled. It was very nice to have someone who would listen intently and suggest thought provoking ideas & point of views. I feel extremely grateful for the confidence and belief he instilled in me.
