Dr Chuah is an exceptional physician. She patiently, comprehensively and calmly explained all the possible causes of my symptoms. She did not assume the best nor the worst scenarios, this logical approach was very reassuring. She’s very detail oriented, very engaging and compassionate. She jumped for joy when my high blood calcium was finally under control after several attempts to control it.

Dr Chuah was readily accomodating to my needs (I am deaf and rely heavily on lip reading which is difficult with the current mask situation). She made the necessary adjustements to her communications which allowed me to be clear on her explanations and her proposed plan of care.

Being a Type 1 diabetic for 44 years I cannot believe how two consultations have changed my overall control which I have struggled with for years. Dr Ling Ling explained everything so easily and didn't treat me as if there was a standard way to mange my blood sugar as so many GP's do. We discussed everything from exercise through to food and by making simple and informed changes I am looking forward to a much better controlled way of life. Having been told for years CGM would not benefit me and that simple exercise and the right food was all I needed I was reassured that CGM was important and in the 2nd consultation I was taken through all the data and how to read it. I cannot praise Dr Ling Ling enough for making such a complex illness much more manageable and putting me on the right path

On meeting Dr Ling Ling, I found her very helpful in my condition, and very easy to talk to and also asking questions, and allowing lots of time to answer. She also allows you to send via her secretary information that is helpful to her before our meeting. I find her charming, and very well versed in her subject.

Dr Chuah has always gone the extra mile in dealing with my condition and answering any questions I have. Very approachable and knowledgeable.
