Firstly I can not Thank Mr Cornish enough for saving my sight. I first saw mr Cornish back in December 2023. I went with a detached retina where Mr Cornish performed surgery later on that day. I was very nervous and worried about losing my sight and I was going on family Holliday the next month and worried that was not going to be able to fly. Mr Cornish was friendly and caring to myself and my family. He and his staff kept us informed at every stage and reassured us all he was going to do his best to save my sight and hopefully I would be able to go away . I had four follow up appointments after my surgery. And was discharged on the last appointment and my sight was saved and I managed to go on my holiday. I would highly recommend Mr Cornish and his team. One Again THANK YOU !! Mr Rose
Thank you for your kind feedback! Best wishes.

From initial consultation to post-op review Mr Cornish focused on identifying and facilitating the optimum treatment for my particular combination of conditions. He set out and explained his proposed approach in a clear and supportive manner at all times. He and his theatre team were extremely professional in carrying out my operation and providing aftercare. At all stages, I was confident I was receiving the best possible care and am delighted with the outcome.
Thank you for your kind feedback!

I researched Mr Spiteri Cornish thoroughly before contacting him. Apart from all the essential qualities, I required him to possess, he included on his profile that he 'Liked a Challenge'. This was one thing that I deemed to be essential too. My cousin was 68yrs of age at that time and has a Learning Disability along with other problems. We had been told by an NHS consultant that he could not be bothered with the problem in my cousin's eye and was very rude and dismissive. So began the search for someone who could be bothered. We had a short wait to see Mr Spiteri Cornish privately and 2 weeks later the first surgery on a fairly routine Cataract. Success. Four months later the second eye surgery. Not simple at all and we were advised and accepted the fact that being blinded in the eye by a solid wall of cataract the surgery may not be successful, but there was a chance it could be improved if only slightly. The Challenge!! Success in giving him some sight back in this eye. Definitely an improvement on the whole. My cousin was treated with great care and respect, and spoken to directly whilst I listened, this was very much appreciated by us both. Everything explained in detail. Now having had the last follow up appointment and consequently discharged, Thank you so very much Mr. Cornish from both of us. We highly recommend this gentleman who gives 5star care and attention to his patients.
Thank you for your very kind feedback!
