I found Mr Jarratt very thorough and helpful, he put my mind at rest, and explained in advance everything that was going to happen during the procedure. I felt very safe in his hands and had total faith in his ability to perform the operation. He came to see me before the operation in my room and again before I was discharged. I was more than happy with my experience with Mr Jarratt and would happily recommend him to others.

An overall and overwhelmingly positive experience from the first meeting with Mr Jarratt. Personable, calm, open communication style. All options explored and very detailed over the benefits and risks of the total hip replacement option. Again when in hospital Mr Jarratt was reassuring pre-op and again following the procedure. In follow-up appointments he has been reassuring and receptive to my feedback and queries; answering with clarity, confidence and reassurance.

Mr Jarratt has just performed a hip replacement for me and further to the surgery I suffered some life threatening heart problems. I have no doubt I was in the right place at the right time, as without question, Mr Jarratt saved my life. I am home now and already feeling the benefit of my new hip. Mr Jarratt came in daily to monitor my progress and rang my daughter, an extraordinary level of care & service. Susan his secretary is also the most empathetic delightful lady and restores my faith in medical secretary's/receptionists. I feel enormously grateful to be recommended to this team. Thank you so very much.

I cannot recommend Mr Jarratt enough. He simplifies everything, he is a total professional, kind and empathetic whilst getting the job done. I have attended the GP's practice on numerous occasions and sought the help of a chiropractor further to being diagnosed as suffering from sciatica. I have been struggling to walk and then had a fall a few months ago breaking my arm. I was absolutely at the end of my tether. Mr Jarratt came recommended and I am so grateful. He has quite simply made this a very positive experience, giving me hope and answers where I thought there was none. His Practice Manager Susan Merrifield is the best I have ever dealt with. She is always so kind, returns my calls and never makes me feel I am too much trouble. Her help and advice has been invaluable, what an amazing team they are. Ann

I am so thankful that Mr Jarratt was my Consultant when I had a knee replacement, he was so helpful and considerate to me, explaining procedures and answering my questions politely. It got a lot of reassurance from his comment that I would be under his care which was wonderful. He is a brilliant surgeon. My surgery has been a great success thanks to Mr Jarratt and his wonderful team.
