The experience was all very professional and on time. I had an XRay which was all clearly pointed out to me what might be the problem with my knee. I have also had a MRI which I will see tomorrow with Mr Michael Thilagarajah.

I was seen on time, we had met before so he had my records in front of him so knew what I was there for. Sent me for an x-Ray, which was done immediately. Came back discussed options and booked op date. Very efficient. Polite and kind

Second time I have seen Mr Thilagarajah, he is an expert in his field, easy to talk to, he explains everything in detail and why/what his thinking is. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Thilagarajah was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly able to identify several issues that hadn't been spotted previously.

Mike Thilagarajah gave clear but easily understood information about the knee replacement surgery, which included benefits and possible risk. He made me feel like an individual rather than another patient. He made contact after the operation and dealt personally with the follow up consultation. I felt so confident about his practice, that after three months, I had the second knee operated upon.

Mr Thilagarajah made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. I understood fully what the procedure would be and what to expect once the procedure was done. This was the third operation on my leg and I was worried that the scars would be large and more visible, however I am convinced he is an artist in his spare time as I wasn't expecting them to be so small and neat!!

I found Mike Very professional I was very concerned about my knees and after my consultation I left feeling much happier and would highly recommend him to others

Very clear explanation of condition and recommended procedure, very personable approach to me as his patient. Very hands on during follow up appointments, promoted a very relaxed environment during our consultant - patient meetings.
