Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

Made a very good decision not to operate and let time heal.I am now fully healed and didn't need an operation. Unusual to find a doctor putting his patient's interests first!

I needed many moles removing, and was nervous about that, but in particular nervous about the removal of one on my face and potential scarring. Mr Young talked me through my options and discussed the pros /cons with me in detail. The mole has been removed and it is the best decision I have made, there is no scar, no evidence that there was ever a mole. He checked all of the moles that were removed, and I can rest easy that there are no underlying issues. Mr Young is professional, precise, cautious and meticulous. I would not want to be treated by anyone else.

5 stars does not even come close to rating Mr Young. I would give him and his team many more stars if I could. He is so talented and so professional. He has such a brilliant team that work along side him. He is a very approachable man who listens and never forgets what you say. He is a very kind and caring man. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Richard was professional and put me at ease prior to the surgery. The surgery was efficient and performed in a way that exceeded my expectations - I could not have wished the surgery had gone better!

Mr Young was very thorough in his explanation of my surgery options when I had my initial consultation with him. When I then met him on the day of surgery, immediately post Mohs surgery, he again explained what the available options were for me. He very carefully listened to my concerns and I was extremely happy with the outcome when I recovered. He was polite, considerate, very pleasant to deal with, and I felt very confident that he had a high level of skill, borne out by the results.
