Explanation

Simon was extremely personable, attentive and empathetic to our situation after hearing about our experience in having to take our baby to A&E. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and never rushed his consultations. We are extremely grateful to Simon for making it such a stress free and successful experience, given that my husband and were very anxious about the hernia surgery.

Dr Clarke was very professional and we are pleased with the aesthetic finishing. The Dr was kind and got the job done. On the other hand, we were disappointed that even after we worked hard and got the approval of the hospital to be with our child during the circumcision, non of the doctors allowed us in, despite our desperate pleads to explain to them that the long term psychological effects of not letting a new born have their primary caregiver next to them might be detrimental.

We are very happy with our experience with Dr Clarke, a huge thank you. Our son had a preputioplasty and it was a great success. Dr Clarke explained the process and recovery, and it was exactly as he described. My son found him very supportive. The medical team were great and in particular nurse Joslyn and Kiran who were both really lovely. A big thank you too to Mario who was really helpful in coordinating arrangements. We are very grateful to everyone.

Mr Clarke treated our 5 weeks old daughter for inguinal hernia. His examination was gentle and manners very kind. We couldn’t be in better hands. He was very reassuring and kind in a quite stressful time for us, arranged an urgent theatre list within a week and the surgery was done very well with quick recovery and no scarring whatsoever. We are beyond grateful.
