Since graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy in Greece, Athina has practised in private musculoskeletal practices in Greece and in London, specialising in spinal injuries and rehabilitation following spinal surgery.

Athina developed an interest in spinal problems after being diagnosed with scoliosis from a young age. She has since taken her self through extensive self-treatment and now can boast as living proof that she is an expert in treating spinal injuries. Athina works alongside top spinal consultants within the industry focusing on Sciatica and Disc injuries.

She also has expertise in the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological conditions and sports injuries, focusing on biomechanical and sports specific movement assessments, injury prevention and post-surgical and post-injury rehabilitation.

Athina's priority in the assessment and treatment of her clients is to understand the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms. With a tailored and individual approach to every patient, she aims to ensure the highest level of treatment delivered with empathy, dignity and expertise.
